With this lifting column, the position can easily be adjusted per employee. The horizontal module can rotate the workpiece 360 ​​degrees. This ensures an optimal position during mounting operations.

Easy to integrate into new and existing systems

One of the most important features of our lifting columns is the easy integration. The compatibility is self-evident in most segments (market), and the design fits seamlessly. Six mounting slots make it easy to integrate the Hexalift. Several innovative and practical features described below help make this possible:

• The 7mm diameter motor cable can be connected in two or three different ways. This allows you to decide on which side of the lifting column the cable should appear on. Furthermore, it is pluggable and can therefore be easily replaced.

• Version 2.0 is standard in an ESD-resistant version.

• Mounting plate/top plate is available (including) cable guide and is also available with mounting holes. This means you no longer need an extra mounting plate.

The smart and stable lifting column Hexalift is an important design component of Baumeister. There are four variants of these telescopic lifters produced.

Hexalift 2.0 v2
This is the strongest lifter in its range; it is slim and has a lot of stability. This makes it suitable for industrial use, such as; workshops, laboratory tables, and in production. The maximum force of this lifter is 3,200N and is 9 millimeters per second fast. There are still three lighter variants which you can find on our website.

Visolift lifting columns

Visolift are strong and solid lifters that are available with one and two stairs. These are necessary for the medical sector and healthcare. In addition, they meet all safety requirements and standards for medical products (DIN and 60601).

It has already proven its worth in stretchers, care beds, and other heavy-duty applications. In these healthcare applications, extended strokes are an essential part. At the same time, high torques must be possible for moving patients. But also for other heavy objects. Not only for safety but also for the well-being of clients or entities.

Properties Visolift:

• Speed ​​up to 15 millimeters per second possible. With the highest precision and balance.
• A pushing force available up to 3.150 newtons. Forms a robust solid foundation for the production of the finished product.
• Can also be used in workbenches and control desks, for example. There are also options for other heavy applications.
