Electric lifters, for heavy-duty machining.

By using electric lifters, it is possible to adjust certain elements motorically. In addition, these lifters provide additional stable guidance, if needed in heavy applications. Furthermore, these products bring numerous other advantages. First of all, they can be optimally integrated into various applications. Second, they are ideal for assembly work, as they can be set at the correct working height. The load weight often ranges from 100 - 600 kilograms. This makes it suitable for most common assembly operations to use as a "work tool.

Lift modules are currently available in horizontal and vertical versions. They are also available as manually operated or with foot pedal. We explain below the differences of these modules and what they can be useful for.

Turning module horizontal.
This lifting column allows easy adjustment of position for each worker. The horizontal module can rotate the workpiece 360 degrees. This ensures optimal positioning during assembly operations.

Lifting module with vertical axis.
Here, ergonomic work is well possible. This is due to the combination of lifting, turning and tilting. Through easy positioning, an employee can bring it into many positions.

Easy integration into new and existing systems

One of the main features of our lifting columns is easy integration. Compatibility is obvious in most segments (market) and the design fits seamlessly. Using six mounting slots, the Hexalift can be easily integrated. A number of innovative and practical features described below help make this possible:

• The 7mm diameter motor cable can be connected in two or three different ways. This allows you to decide which side of the lifting column the cable should run along. Furthermore, it is pluggable and can therefore be easily replaced.
• Version 2.0 is standard in an ESD-resistant version.
• Mounting plate/top plate is available (including) cable guide and is also available with mounting holes. This eliminates the need for an additional mounting plate.

The smart and stable lifting column Hexalift is an important designed component of Baumeister. 4 variants of these telescopic lifters have been produced.

Hexalift 2.0 V2
This is the strongest lifter in its range, it is slim and has a lot of stability. This makes it suitable for industrial use such as; workshops, laboratory tables and in manufacturing. The maximum force of this lifter is 3,200N and is 9 millimeters per second fast. There are 3 more lighter variants which you can find on our website.

Visolift lifting columns

Visolift are strong and solid lifters available with one and two stages. They are mostly used in the medical and healthcare sector. In addition, they meet all safety requirements and standards for medical products (DIN and 60601).

It has already proven its services in stretchers, nursing beds and other heavy duty applications. In these healthcare applications, extended strokes are an important component. At the same time, high torques are required for moving patients. But also for other heavy objects. Not only for safety but also for the well-being of clients or objects.

Features Visolift:

• Speed up to 15 millimeters per second possible. With the highest precision and balance.
• A pushing force available up to 3,150 newtons. Forms a powerful a solid base of the production of the final product.
• Can also be used in workbenches and operating desks, for example. Options are also available for other heavy duty applications.
